Example of a solution (manufacturing industry) - Visualization of the product finishing process.

By understanding the attendance status of operators in their cells and the dwell time of finished products, we will visualize the actual business situation and improve production efficiency.

【System Overview】 The finishing process implemented in cell production has been unclear due to the skills and workload conditions of the workers. By understanding the attendance status of workers in the cell and the dwell time of the products being finished, we aim to visualize the actual business situation and improve production efficiency. Additionally, while grasping the actual business situation, we will also use it as a source of data for improving work efficiency and as a tool for evaluating results after improvements. 【Structure Image】 The entry and exit times of the products being finished will be automatically measured using photoelectric sensors, while the working time of the operators will be measured using foot switches. The data will be collected using the remote I/O device CONPROSYS nano, which is essential for digitizing scattered local devices, and sent to the constant monitoring and telemetry system CONPROSYS TM. The dwell time of products and operators within the booth will be recorded on a time axis. The data sent to the cloud service FacilityView(R) for remote monitoring via a 4G LTE connection will be displayed graphically on a dashboard using a package tool that allows for easy screen creation without coding.

"A-Eye Camera" Visualization System for Factories Utilizing AI Image Recognition

Utilizing AI image recognition. Implementation and operation are possible even without in-depth knowledge of IoT! *Currently offering a free "IoT Idea Book."

The "A-Eye Camera" is an IoT platform that enables centralized collection of operational data from machines and equipment of different manufacturers and ages in the manufacturing sites of small and medium-sized enterprises. It not only achieves the "visualization of operational rates" required from the collection of operational information of machines and equipment but also realizes the "visualization of production efficiency" derived from production plans and actual results, such as the number of products processed and the time taken. Additionally, by utilizing the data accumulated in the "A-Eye Camera" to analyze the validity of standard man-hours and hourly rates used for work schedules and estimates, it enables accurate cost understanding, leading to appropriate price negotiations and differentiation from competitors. ★ We are currently offering a free booklet summarizing the scenes of IoT utilization by field, titled "IoT Idea Book." ▶ How to apply Please fill in "Request" in the "Contact" form with "I would like the IoT Idea Book." We will deliver it by mail.

From Position and Motion Analysis of People in the Factory to Kaizen: A Tool for Visualizing People

We offer the immediately deployable position and motion analysis tool "InQross Kaizen Maker" at a low price with zero running costs.

InQross Kaizen Maker is a system that visualizes the location and operational status of workers in factories and warehouses, characterized by its easy implementation on-site. It utilizes our patented indoor positioning technology and consists of a simple configuration with only "BLE beacon tags" and "data collection computers." The fixed tags, known as "Location Tags," are simply placed (or stuck) in the workspace, while the mobile tags, called "Human Tags," are carried by the workers. No construction is required; data can be collected by placing a base station (USB scanner + computer) within the radio range. This makes implementation straightforward. Additionally, it operates as a closed system deliberately avoiding the use of the cloud, which reduces server-side development costs and eliminates running costs, achieving low expenses. *For more details, please download the catalog. Feel free to contact us for an online explanation.*

Would you like to have an electrical diagnosis of the building?

Let's take a look at the invisible "electricity"! A power measurement system that visualizes electricity usage.

Have you ever heard the term "visualization of electricity" in TV shows or commercials? The only electricity you can typically "see" in a building is the total electricity usage on your utility bill. By installing the power measurement system "Hayabusa," the detailed daily electricity usage becomes visualized. From the day "Hayabusa" is installed, you can closely monitor the electricity usage of air conditioning units, lighting, and more that you use daily. This is what it means to "see" electricity. 【Visualization of Electricity STEP】 ○ Let's take a look at the "invisible" electricity ○ When electricity becomes visible, "waste" becomes visible → There may be unnecessary electricity being used ○ Advice on efficiently eliminating "waste" ○ Eliminate waste ⇒ Save electricity ⇒ Save money For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
